Welcome

Welcome to the Holmewood School London, an Outstanding multi-site school meeting the needs of neurodiverse young people of all genders from seven (KS2) to 19 years of age. Based in North London, all of our students have a diagnosis of autism and are working on a broadly similar level to their mainstream peers.

Our team of professionals are on a mission to understand the profiles and interests of our students so that they can collaboratively construct personalised learning pathways that engage and motivate.

The students are supported with a robust onsite therapeutic provision so that they can access education and fully recognise their potential.

Our Work and Life Experience programme allows students to harness their abilities and work on skills that they find difficult. On any given day you might find them practising their skills in forest school, as a part of the school rock band, leading Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, running and staffing the OT cafe, competing in our eSports competitions, winning a game of chess, speaking about their autism at public events and so on.

Students leave Holmewood with a robust sense of self and the confidence and qualifications to engage with the wider community. They go on to university, college and/or the world of work but more importantly, they have friends with which to share their experiences.

Parents tell us that Holmewood is a life-changing place, that it is more than just a school. Take a look around our website to find some of the ways that we Think Differently

With warm wishes,
